You must be 18 or older to commission me.

Every detail will be discussed in a private chat only on Telegram, always in written form. My Telegram user will always be @NambaGamba. If someone tries to write you on another platform like Instagram, Reddit, Discord, etc, with a similar username... that is not me. Unless I give you a heads up and show you proof that, indeed, it's me.

I DO NOT CONDONE acts of homophobia, transphobia, racism, zoophilia, pedophilia, or any kind of violation/denial of human rights. If a client is engaging in any kind of activity in those categories, I reserve the right to dissociate myself from the person publicly, void the suit warranty, remove them from my channel, stop any kind of communication, and blacklist them from future commissions. I reserve the right to cancel the commission without refund if the client is harrasing me or being agressive.

All payments are in Euro divisa (EUR, €) and processed via Revolut or Paypal.

Price may vary depending on design complexity, colors, etc. You can see this on the prices page. And when I contact you, I will confirm the final price with you.

If you’re accepted, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total price should be paid off within 24-72 hours after you get contacted by me; otherwise, you will lose your slot. This deposit will be used to buy supplies. I'll start working on the commission once the deposit is paid.

Refund may vary based on the progress made on the fursuit. For example, once fur is cut, at least 60% - 70% (depending on the complexity of the design and time) of payments are non-refundable. After sewing the fur and shaving it (since the fursuit will be almost finished), payments will not be refundable.

I accept payment plans on some occasions, depending on the total of your commission. We can discuss it. If you pay fully, you will have a high priority in the queue. Payment plans will have set payment dates.

In case the commissioner gets an approved payment plan but fails to pay at least 2 times, and I don't receive communication for 2 months max. I have the right to cancel their commission, alter the design and suit parts to resell as a premade without refunds. Commissioner will be blacklisted for future commissions.

All payments are non-refundable for premades.

Costs of shipping are not included in the price and will be charged additionally. Once an item is submitted to the third party courier any damages or delays are considered the responsibility of the courier. I am not responsible for any lost or damaged items, as well as any customs or extra fees that you might have to pay. Depending on the situation, I will do everything I can to find a solution.

Before commissioning me, please be aware of your country's mailing laws and policies to avoid legal issues.

Shipping is done from Spain, so shipping costs may be high dependind on where are you from!

All packages will include tracking.

Be sure that you are 100% satisfied with the design you submit. Depending on the changes you want and the phase of the suit, I will charge you extra. I can do changes on a headbase during the carving stage 4 times for free. I won't make changes to a finished product.

Keep in mind that you are commissioning me for my style; I won't copy or imitate in any way the style of another maker. Your submission may be rejected and you may be blacklisted if the design is stolen. I'm not responsible for not recognizing stolen designs; please understand that there are many around the world, and I sadly can't be aware of every single one that exists.

When submitting your reference sheet, remember that it must be flat color front and back. Side and head views are a plus! If you don't have a clear reference sheet and you'd like one, I can make one for you, but I will charge you separately from the fursuit's price (check my art prices!).

Suits can be completed in 1-4 months max. This depends on the queue. Please don't rush me, I don't work with deadlines. Every suit that I make is made with lots of care and love. I want to avoid stress and the risk of making a bad quality product. If you are in a hurry, don't commission me.

You will always receive WIP photos and videos; keep in mind that these will always have a watermark.

It is the client's responsibility to use their fursuit responsibly. That means I'm not responsible for falling, tripping, overheating, or any kind of injury that may occur. Fursuiting is fun, but please drink lots of water and take care of yourself!

You can expect some imperfections in fur symmetry and gluing. I will always do the best as I can to avoid these. This applies to the head base too, since it's carved on foam by hand!

Client will have a 4-month warranty, which will only cover visible rips and popped seams. Warranty won't cover damage from misuse or bad care, or cover size issues due to the buyer providing incorrect measurements.
